Return Policy:

  • Collars are not returnable due to dislike of the style of collar or appearance.  The customer must view the trim samples thoroughly as well as try a sample width of either a ribbon or paper strip around their dog's neck for the width of the collar they are purchasing to assure they are selecting the proper width of collar for their choice.  If you have any questions regarding what size to select, please contact me.

  • Collars will not be replaced due to unnecessary wear and tear such as dog chewing the collar, excessive pulling, scratching,  or biting the trim.

  • Collars will be replaced or repaired for defective hardware, trim or webbing defects.

  • Please note, normal wear and tear is expected.
